How does your product work?

The courses are pre-recorded videos; however, you can also choose to listen to the audio files, download the PDF presentations or use the fillable pdf for note taking to cater to the different learning styles. The live consultations and guest interviews are conducted over the platform. All calls are recorded and saved in your library in case you cannot attend live or would like to watch the session again at a later stage. The resources are a mix of downloadable and fillable PDFs. All of the courses, calls, and resource materials are available instantly when you become a member so you can choose the content you wish to explore at your own pace.

What is the refund policy?

Since you are free to cancel your membership at any time and are given immediate access to all of the membership library, we do not offer refunds. Also note that refunds are not given if you pay for a year and cancel before the end of your payment period, since you received a discount on the annual plan to commit for a year. If you are unhappy with our service however, we will do everything we can to make it right. Referrals are how we grow, so we want you to be happy. 🙂

You’re more than welcome to join again in the future, but please note that prices may increase over time.

Will I receive 1 on 1 support?
